1. Service Description: Kunafa Crisp provides an online platform for users to order food items and have them delivered to their specified addresses within the Klang Valley.

2. Registration: While account creation is not mandatory, users may need to provide specific personal details such as name, address, email, and phone number to facilitate order placement and delivery.

3. Order Placement: Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placement, provided the order hasn’t been dispatched to our riders. Any cancelation post this window may incur fees or be non-refundable.

4. Payment: We accept multiple payment methods as outlined on our website. All transactions are encrypted for your safety. Remember, we do not store payment details.

5. Deliveries: While we aim for timely deliveries, users must understand that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. As we rely on third-party delivery services, we cannot guarantee a strict delivery timeframe but expect deliveries to be completed within 60 minutes of order placement.

6. Refunds & Complaints: Refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be processed upon receiving photographic evidence and order details. Complaints concerning food quality must be lodged within 6 hours of order time. All complaints can be directed to info@kunafacrisp.com.

7. User Obligations: By using our services, users agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activities, or infringe upon the rights of others.

8. Data & Privacy: We value your privacy. Our data collection, retention, and usage policies are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which you should review in conjunction.

9. Children’s Use: Our platform is designed for adults capable of making financial transactions. Individuals below the legal age are discouraged from using our services unless under adult supervision.

10. Limitation of Liability: While we strive to offer impeccable service, Kunafa Crisp and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the use or inability to use our service.

11. Modifications to the Terms: Kunafa Crisp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website, and users are encouraged to review the Terms regularly.

12. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
